The title of this year’s congress is New challenges in fruit growing. Slovenian fruit growing urgently needs fresh ideas and a new wind. The field found itself in an unenviable situation, comprising cold weather and droughts on the one hand, as well as unfavorable economic conditions on the other. We must take all these problems as a new challenge and an opportunity to grow from it even stronger and more successful. New domestic and foreign knowledge can significantly help us in this. That is why we are organizing the 5th SLOVENIAN FRUIT-GROWING CONGRESS with international participation, which will be held in Krško on January 17th and 18th, 2024. The congress is an excellent opportunity to present to the growers all the novelties in various segments of fruit production and processing.
